00:00Team USA plays tonight at 9 o'clock against Paraguay, 9 o'clock Eastern Time.
00:05I'm excited about this World Cup.
00:07I mean, if you can see right there, you can put it up on the screen there.
00:10Team USA, actually, the odds of them getting out of the group aren't necessarily great,
00:16but they're going to, I think they got a real chance of winning this game tonight against Paraguay
00:20and setting the tone, okay?
00:22And soccer, we know, is the world's game.
00:25But Team USA, they have no chance of winning the World Cup.
00:30And it just makes me wonder about with all these kids that now play soccer, okay?
00:36And we know it's a lot of them.
00:38You go to any youth soccer league and the soccer fields are just as full as any football field
00:43or any basketball or any other sport, baseball, et cetera.
00:46Hell, there's more kids playing soccer now than baseball.
00:49Yet when it gets to the top level, basically, if you ask any expert,
00:53Team USA has absolutely no chance to win the World Cup.
00:57And for that reason, there's a lot of people like Craig Carton, like the producer, Ethan,
01:01who have said today that soccer will never, ever, ever be big enough in the USA, okay?
01:09People will never care.
01:11Now, I'm a person who never says never, okay?
01:15When you have this amount of youth participation, there are some young messies there, okay?
01:22They might be called Paul, but they're there.
01:25There are young Rinaldos there.
01:27They're there.
01:28We just have to find a better way to handle it, okay?
01:32But I'm tired of being embarrassed in this World Cup because I'm going to watch it.
01:38I'm into it, okay?
01:39We talked about the state of New York, the 4 o'clock bar hours,
01:42where in other states where it really matters, such as Pennsylvania,
01:45they came out with their list literally yesterday for Philadelphia and the other areas,
01:50Pittsburgh, et cetera, and Pennsylvania, of the long list of places that are also allowed
01:54to stay up at 4 a.m. for soccer.
01:56So we know people are going to watch it.
01:59And this is where I have this dichotomy.
02:01Because on the one hand, we got the biggest sport in all of the world.
02:05Shakira's doing the closing ceremonies.
02:07There's going to be a couple of billion, with a B, people watching the World Cup.
02:13So we know in the world, a lot of people care.
02:16And you got to figure if there's a couple billion people watching an event,
02:19there's several million in America who will be watching this event.
02:24Yet Team USA, again, has absolutely no chance to win the whole thing.
02:29They can win tonight, and I'm going to be watching tonight,
02:31but they can't win the whole thing.
02:34And I just am tired of the attitude that comes from Producer Ethan,
02:40Producer Ryan, Craig Carton, and all these other people that they never can.
02:46We're America, aren't we?
02:47This is where I get tired of it, okay?
02:49All this patriotism, America's great, and all this stuff, right?
02:54And we know some of the people that say that, yet they'll dismiss soccer.
02:57So I got to ask these people, do you really love your country?
03:01Okay, because you act like you love your country.
03:03But do you really love your country, Ethan?
03:05Do you really love your country, Ryan?
03:07Do you love your country, Craig Carton?
03:09When you go out there and say America can never do something, America can do anything.
03:14We know that America's the greatest country in the world.
03:18Even for a black person like me, it's number one.
03:21We know that.
03:22And you're going to go around and say that we can't do anything.
03:25We went to the moon.
03:26We just went around the moon and back.
03:29And we're going to say that we can never win in the World Cup?
03:31I say nay, okay?
03:34Of course we can.
03:35All we have to do is get our minds right, okay?
03:39All we have to do is approach it like these other countries do,
03:43but do it better like we do with everything else in America.
03:46We know there's no such thing as American food.
03:49All American food is is stolen food from other countries that we make better, okay?
03:54You take Chinese food, okay?
03:56You go to China.
03:57That's not the same food.
03:58So we take the Chinese food and we improve it, okay?
04:02Italy.
04:02Ooh, I could eat pasta there.
04:04If that's because you're relaxing, you're on vacation.
04:06Your stomach's not healed, okay?
04:08That pasta's great here too, you liars, okay?
04:11Ooh, America has the best of everything because we're the best thieves in the world.
04:16And I'm not afraid to say it.
04:18So why don't we steal some of this soccer stuff?
04:21So when you're in another country and you're good at soccer, you know what they do?
04:24They don't make you sell raffle tickets and make you pay.
04:28They don't pay you, but they say, hey, kid, you need some cleats.
04:31You need to get to a game.
04:33We got it covered.
04:34We need to do what they do because I'm sick of this, okay?
04:37I'm not saying this World Cup, and I'm not even saying four years,
04:41but I want all you patriots out there,
04:44all you people out there that claim that you really love America
04:47to join me and say that we'll stop at nothing.
04:50Yes, we're America.
04:51We can play dirty.
04:52We'll stop at nothing to win the World Cup in eight years.
04:56I demand it, okay?
04:57It's been said, and it's going to happen
05:00because I've had enough of this losing, okay?
05:03I never again want to hear,
05:04America, soccer will never be a big deal.
05:07It is a big deal.
05:08Just because we're not good enough yet
05:10doesn't mean we won't be good enough.
05:12And coming soon, on order from me and all of you,
05:17we're going to win the World Cup.
05:19We just have to start doing what the other countries do.
