00:52everything um you know if i don't like the look of something and it performs well i generally can't
00:59use it even you know even if it's like even if the numbers are shown it's pretty good i have

01:04the look of something so um yeah i straight away um i've got a couple downstairs in my bag that

01:10be taking to the scottish and the british with me but i'm not sure i'll use them yet because it's

01:15a weird time of year uh to be putting something brand new in um but as soon as the time
01:20comes where
01:21i get to like use it in practice and test it a little bit more i think it'll be going

01:25in because the feel off it is like way better like more solid than last year's model i i really

01:33like you get a good solid hit out and it just feels really solid off the face yeah it's good
01:39and shame for you if you typically miss the center of the face with the driver which i'm never assuming
01:44that you miss the center of the face with the driver but let's just say you happen to miss the
01:48this the face one time which side are you going to be on is it more up and down like
01:54heel toe
01:54where are you kind of looking for that relief to see the driver be a little bit more stable for

02:00yeah i'm um i'm i'm a toe miss i miss it in the toe if i miss it anywhere um
02:06so therefore like i need
02:08like my spin numbers probably can get a little bit high at times yeah but i need i need that
02:14death because if my miss is in the toe the spin rate obviously drops um but what i like about

02:20driver is i really feel like the consistency of it is the consistency of the misses is uh is quite
02:28good like i don't see a huge drop off in spin when i hit it in the toe or i
02:33don't see a huge jump in
02:34spin when i hit it in the heel so it's kind of i feel like there is that consistency uh
02:39level off the
02:40fit it is quite a forgiven driver i really do think it is a very forgiven driver yeah even the
02:44last driver uh that sir has put out the zxi that i've been playing um i've been my miss has
02:49been
02:50lately been more on the toe which is probably why i've been driving it better when i was playing and
02:53struggling it was on the heel um and for the most part if you're living on the heel you're going
02:58to
02:58probably be struggling anyways but what i noticed is that the toe ball for me even when i hit it
03:04it wasn't you know rocketing to the left uh that's always a nice feeling where it feels
03:08like it's it's so stable through the shot to where my toe balls were going pretty straight if
03:15anything they'd be little pushes which is like that's something that i haven't experienced in a
03:19driver uh to where i feel like i've found way more fairways off of miss hits um and that's why
03:25i'm
03:25really looking forward to uh so then that gives you the prototypes that gives you the confidence to
03:30even go at it harder then doesn't it yeah it does yeah that's what that's what's great about
03:35uh new technology is like that you know you figure out oh wow the miss hits aren't actually
03:40that bad off this driver i can hit this as hard as i want you know and you know especially
03:44when
03:45you get a wide open you know or you know decent size fairway um it gives you more confidence in
03:50the equipment so kind of yeah i will be a bit you're you're always been a like a super accurate
03:56driver of the ball too shane i was just looking at your stats right right around 65 which is uh

04:00the very much in the top half of pga tour players and driving but then i'll also like watch you
04:05play
04:05golf too and i and i notice like tee height is something that you can always tell how a player
04:10is going to be going at a driver you know you watch rory and he's got these you know big
04:14old tees you
04:14tell he's going to hit it up on it's going to be swinging out to the right uh but then
04:18also like i'll
04:18watch you at times where it seems like you'll go a little bit more low tee i don't see you
04:22teeing it
04:23up uh very high too often is that something that just kind of depends on on the shot you want
04:28to
04:28hit or do you keep it pretty consistent i think a lot of amateurs too would be interested in your
04:32answer is like hey is there something i can learn from this to start hitting more fairways yeah i try
04:37and keep it like quite consistent i try not to tee it too low um even when i'm trying to
04:42hit a low
04:42driver i try to kind of keep it like a mid height um and then if i'm going after one
04:47downwind or
04:48something i tee it up a little bit but not too much yeah because you start teeing it up you
04:55kind of
04:56you get underneath it a little bit too easy but um
