Chemical leak sends orange cloud over Pasir Gudang

A chemical leak at a factory on Jalan Keluli in the Pasir Gudang Industrial Area triggered a hazmat response on Thursday (June 11).

Firefighters found that a 200-litre industrial tank containing spent inorganic acid had developed a leak, releasing a thick orange cloud of fumes that spread across the area.
