00:00What have you made of the whole Giannis saga this offseason early,
00:02and are you buying any part of that?
00:04I've wanted nothing to do with him.
00:06And it's six years ago.
00:08I would have never believed we'd be at that point,
00:11but I keep coming back to the fact that you have what most teams want.
00:17You have what most teams would kill for in two stars that we believe get along just fine.
00:25We believe.
00:26We know this was Jalen Brown's favorite season of his career.
00:29Maybe that is a sign that, and if that's the case, then you need to explore things like this.
00:34But if they're on the same page, I think this doesn't make you better,
00:39which, again, sounds crazy.
00:41I don't know.
00:42Isn't Giannis, we're talking about an underachieving Celtics team, right?
00:45So you're going to bring in maybe an all-time underachiever, a one-time champion,
00:50and a guy that looked like he was about to own the league for 10 years,
00:52and that's going to change the culture here?
00:54I'm sorry, wait a minute.
00:55Are you talking about Giannis or are you talking about the Celtics?
00:57Fair enough, but how does an underachiever come in and change things for you?
01:01Well, maybe the thought process is you swap out one underachiever for another underachiever,
01:05and maybe you pair together two underachievers who have never been paired together before,
01:09and you get more out of the two underachievers that have been paired together for the last 10 years
01:13and consistently keep losing to inferior teams.
01:17That would be my thought process behind it.
